We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and metal fabrication, with the ability to work on various projects, including construction, manufacturing, and repair.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with assembling, modifying, and maintaining container farms
- Perform basic welding tasks to support fabrication projects
- Use tools to cut, grind, and prepare metal components for welding and assembly
- Handle general labour tasks, including material handling and site organization
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Work alongside a skilled team to complete projects on time
- Assemble cutting edge container farms and agricultural equipment.
- Help clean the shop and put away equipment in their proper storage.
Qualifications:
- Experience or basic knowledge in welding
- Ability to handle general labour tasks and operate hand tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Electrical and Plumbing experience is an asset
- Fast Learner
Salary: $18-$24 / hr
