Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painting Assistant to join our team. As a Painting Assistant with at least one year of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting our painting projects. You will work closely with our painters and contractors to ensure the successful completion of painting tasks in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment following specified techniques and instructions.
- Assist in mixing and matching paint colors according to the specified requirements.
- Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment regularly.
- Work closely with experienced painters and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
- Inspect completed work for quality and ensure it meets the established standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Painting Assistant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
